I love my Echo Show. It is easy to use and being an Amazon Prime member I can play all my songs. I cook dinner listening to music. I also linked my SiriusXM to it so i can listen to my favorite music. It is so easy to use my 80 year old mother wantwd one.

Love Alexa and everything she can do! So great you can connect to other devices.

I knew this item would be great, but the Echo Show has exceeded my expectations.

This is my third echo, and the video screen is a nice addition. I'd like to give it 4.5 stars, but not an option. The only thing that's is not as good as my previous ones is that I feel the microphone does not understand me as well. Also, at this point the screen has a lot of potential but not much is implemented yet. (e.g. watch cable tv over internet).

Very easy to set up and use. Love the video to not only listen but see answers.

I can't believe them I'm allowing this unit to control my life as much as it does. But I am. This Amazon offering is feature rich. What amazes me the most is the sound quality for streaming music. Not quite a SONOS, but pretty good.

This Echo Show is amazing and has excellent sound quality. It also syncs with my Amazon Echo which makes it sound like it's in stereo in the largest rooms of my home. Great product and I am sure the 2nd Generation will be even better.

Works great so far and like the screen too. User friendly too.

We bought for 2 of our kids for Christmas. Now we can talk and see each other.

Love how I can check in on home when the kids ain’t answering been a big help there lol other than that video, quality is nice and even sound is good looking to get the upgrade but really they both are just as good in my opinion

I love the Echo Show and this is the 3rd one I have purchased (two were presents for family at Christmas). This one was for me. I love being able to hear music, connect with family via video and ask Alexa questions. Best purchase I could have made!

Bought this to video chat with my daughter out of state. But it links to my ring camera and most songs it gives me the lyrics. Only misses the video services like Netflix. Only has Prime and doesn't currently have a desktop or easy way to choose videos. Everything else works like current Echo products, which is this a great for light switches and the like.

Love the thing other than a few nitpicks. Sometimes you have to repeat yourself, sometimes you activate it by accident, content navigation on the screen is VERY rudimentary. Having said all that... Great speaker, quality construction, perfect little desktop or nightstand companion. Currently have it controlling all of my appliances.

We've had this device for about 2 weeks now, and the speaker on it seems to have died last night. When it first happened, we rebooted it and the speaker was working as long as we kept the volume at or below 50%. If we increased the volume above that, the speaker would stop working and we had to reboot it again. We contacted Amazon and they are sending a replacement which should arrive in 2 days (Dec 31st). Update 1: the speaker has completely died now, nothing we do will get it to work again. We have loved this device up until this issue. If the new one does not have this issue, we will increase our rating back up to 5 stars, but for now it will stay at 1. Update 2: just received the replacement Echo Show and during the initial setup, the speaker died on us. We have not had this new one for more than an hour now. We finished the setup and rebooted the device and it seems to be working now. Will give it a week and will update review then.

Alexa has slowly taken over my home. I was very hesitant about why I would want one with a screen. After all I can make FaceTime calls on my iOS devices. However, the sound is great; personal photo wallpapers (think a digital picture frame built in) are amazing. You can set it up so it shows pictures from "this day in 2012" (or any year) if you use amazon photos (which is free with Prime). The video calling is what makes me feel like I am living in the "future!" Calling my Dad feels like we are sitting in the same room and having a chat. It's much more natural than awkwardly holding an iPhone showing your unflattering under chin's (LOL). Seriously, this is the killer feature for me. It works seamlessly with my alexa connected home. Must buy! I'd wait for the sale/discounted price though. $229 is a bit steep but $150 is a no brainer!
