I use it to talk with my Mom who lives far away. She's 99 and can figure it out too......wow - finally something that doesn't take a rocket scientist to use.

I can see who’s at my door without using my iPhone. And anyone who has the Alexa app can video call me through there. Great product

Well didn't die but the screen flickers a lot so I use in my office like one of the dots. Upgraded to the newer version and I am happy with that one. Amazon did give me a discount since mine died like it did.

A better digital assistant

Even though I have had an Amazon Echo for a year, I think the Show is much better. The screen takes a lot of the mystery out of what Alexa is doing. Both my wife and daughter love it.

great for the elderly

They loved it, and feel safer with it. I programmed it to call 911 if they fall and need help. Plus they can see the grand children without any confusion.
