The device is wonderful. The speakers are great and our kid loves it. The only thing I don’t like is the pickup on the microphone is not as good as the Echo Dot.

We use it to talk to our granddaughter, play games, listen to music and check on the dog while we are at work! Awesome device! We already bought one for our kids also!

Got it for my wife for Christmas for our kitchen (open to the living room) and we use it all the time for various things. Speakers are better than the Dots

Bought one month prior to gen 2 released. This was a gift for my parents. They really enjoy it and use it daily. The only reason for the four star rating is would like the screen to be larger. The new model has a bigger screen.

Easy to use and integrate with Alexa echo system. Overall usage really depends on how it will be used. So so voice quality for making phone calls, video is more for show than anything. Speaker quality is good for listening to music.

Used in my home office, gives me all of the information I ask for while my computers are doing other chores. Plays any music that I request, decent quality sound.

Alexa has a tendency to just click on when ever she feels like it. Makes me wonder why?! I can’t always get the answers that I am looking for. Usually resort to Google :-( We are going to try the other options and see if that works out.
