The Amazon echo is excellent. Easy to set up, and we now use it to automate the entire house from our air-conditioning thermostat to every light in the house with the Phillips hue bulbs. We went and got one for everyone in our family.

My dad uses this as a speaker for the tv ...and loves it. He does use it in the traditional Alexa way...but the speaker option he discovered is an added benefit.

Once you plug it in, the set up only takes a few minutes. It was very easy and a great way for us to stay in touch with family across the country!

Pretty cool item that incorporates many other items such as Arlo Pro camera, smarththings, etc. The fact that you can view items on the screen is pretty cool.

Bought as a gift for my parents to keep in touch with family out of town. Works great easy for them to use. Set up was a breeze and they love it.

Got it on sale to replace my dot it's pretty cool like that you can watch videos see certain information speaker is definitely better than the dots

Alexa easy to useThis was easy to set up. It has more features than a regular Alexa and that when you ask Alexa to turn off the lights it displays a button to adjust the lights after it has already done the command.

Very nice product does many things I never thought off whether you have a smart home or just want to ask a question for a quick answer it’s worth buying.

I got this to put in my kitchen for looking up recipes. It works great! I can also se it as I walk out of the house to get an update on the news.

lots of potential--great screen--plan to test it out on the family on Christmas--great for answering questions, playing music, weather and news.

I love Echo everything but i will be completely honest about this product. It worked great for about a week and after the week the screen started to glitch really bad. I unplug it and it worked normal for a couple days and it starts doing it again. I went online to see any fixes for it and there were none. All of the advice from customers were to unplug and plug back in. There was another one to manually lower the back light all the way down but it still continued to have the problem, Everything else was great about it just the screen glitch was my problem. Echo Show 2 is WAY BETTER than this.

and still have not set it up completely why do we need a TV anymore when i can get all news and watch shows, video etc from the kitchen counter

Great sound from echo show. Easily set up when you have other echo products. Able to view your ring doorbells, or tp link cameras from echo show.

My clients love these! I can't wait to hear their stories of what they have told Alexa to do this is a great product can't wait for more!
