Highly recommend this for anyone who wants to have easy access to videos and to maintain contact with family and friends.

We recently moved away from the in-laws and they miss seeing us. They are older and struggle with face-timing so when we saw these at Best Buy for a great price, we grabbed two of them. We already had a couple of echos so we know we like how Alexa works, but what we didn't know how our in-laws would take to it. Now they just ask "Call Name" and not only does the Echo Show ring, but so do all of our Echos and we can even take the video call from our iPhones. They use it for all sorts of things and are much better at using Alexa than they are with a PC or smartphone. My only wish is that the sound was a bit better for music, but other than that, i am happy with my purchase.

Bought this on Black Friday and I absolutely love it!! Alexa is awesome and I love that I can even watch some shows on it!!

The show is our new best friend. We watch shows on it everyday at lunch time. And we end every night saying “Alexa, turn off screen”
