Very good item easy to use and helpful in the house good product

The hardware is excellent, great screen and sound. The only reason for 4 stars is because there aren't enough skills which take advantage of that - yet.

I placed this on my headboard in the bedroom and had been a great help ever. Alexa makes phone calls, turn off lights, works with my Nest Thermostat. It really saves time, having to get out to turn on/off the A/C or Heater. I practically stopped using Siri, Alexa does It all. Can even chat without having to dial a number. A great way to relax and let Alexa do the walking and getting infos you need. Just love it!

At first I thought it was gimmicky and bought it just to appease the wife, however I find myself using it more than she does! my favorite feature is the drop in where im able to video conference from the alexa app. The quick answers to basic questions is very nice such as measurement conversions in the kitchen. The only downside is my kids tend to find hillarity in getting alexa to play the p00p song from spotify over and over again.

The echo show works very well with Bluetooth and WiFi. Great sound and screen. Recommend to anyone

The Echo Show was easy to setup and is a lot if fun. Now we can call the kids and see them on the screen as well. The speaker is not very good quality.

Got this and another Echo Show to be able to keep in touch with my family that lives out of state. So far it's been great and easy for everyone to use.

I know the new version is out but i think it looks too much like a tablet. I like the style of this model better and great price on sale at Beast Buy !

After owning for about 4-5 months the screen started to jump. Sent back to Amazon. About 1 week later they sent another one or the same repaired (not sure which). Within about a month it started doing the same thing. Amazon was fantastic and overnighted another one and I sent the 2nd one back. So far it’s been good. ( been about 5 months now). We enjoy having it to play music, give us weather, along with answering questions.
