This product ties in to the Amazon ecosystem better than the Dot or Echo. It provides better sound quality and plays video. Pairing this off with Nest cameras has been the best. So quick and easy. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased 5 of these and still LOVE them. They play our music, keep our shopping lists, lookup businesses and call them, track our calendars, read our kindle books, wake us up, and the timers and recipe ideas are fantastic. We use the drop-in feature to keep in touch with family and one of the best features is it scrolls through our photos for a continuous photo show. Honestly, we love Alexa and the Echo Show. The sound is also fantastic. Nothing bad to say as long as you turn off all the annoying news feeds, suggestions etc...and by all means, never, ever tell your kids she will toot. ever. you'll regret it. Buy 10, you'll love them.

Only a few days in, and I can't get enough of this device! First, the screen quality and touchscreen function is great, the speakers while not overly loud are more than enough and have great quality to them. My news briefing has been taken to another level, with video briefings (nice touch). Plenty of skills, and of course now some video skills/games such as Jeopardy. As you sit on the home screen, it scrolls if you select multiple pictures from your Amazon album, overlaying news and suggestions such as "Say Alexa, tell me more about" and the article name to get more info about it/even a video at times. I feel like this may have had less function when it first came out, considering reviews I had read; certainly now it's very worthwhile.

I was hesitant on purchasing this new echo but I'm glad I did. I really like having the feedback on the screen and seeing results in addition to the voice. Using it for weather, recipes and anything that can be displayed is a big help. The echo show responds fairly fast and looks great in my kitchen counter. A definite winner on this one.
