I think it’s a great product my mother loves it got her it for Christmas last year she’s used it everyday sense I even catch myself using it from time to time

I own every version of Amazon Echo, since they came out in 2014. This device absolutely blows me away. The sound is beautiful, super fast response, love the widgets. I can change my shopping list or to do list with voice or a touch on the screen. Alexa will pull up YouTube and search for videos, all with voice commands. I always wanted a combination computer and TV and always wondered why they couldn’t combine the two and now they definitely have. I am ordering a second one from Best Buy because Amazon is now out of stock until April! You better get one now if you want it, and get it from Best Buy especially if you’re a Best Buy member. 5 stars!

Since installed on my kitchen it worked great, I have several smarts lights, switches and cameras. So having the Alexa being the main hub for all makes life more easier.

I love love love my echo show 21 easy to set Alexa takes you step by step to set up. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the remote control is not working I will have to contact customer support for that. It’s so convenient to have for recipes calendar's dates, smart home components. Don’t hesitate get one you won’t regret buying it.

Perfect size for kitchen wall, easy to install, easy to operate, and you don’t have to speak loud to awake Alexa.

You will not regret to buy this, easy to setup and you can have everything you need as music, videos , movies , agenda, notes, video calls , recipes, etc.

Great product however the remote foes not work at all. It would have been better to leave it out of the box do that there would not be an expectation to be able yo use one. Amazon support, fix this issue.

We bought this specifically for the calendar feature but honestly have enjoyed the other included features more! Helped so much with communication and organization!

To be honest, my wife and I were looking for something that had more functionality than the Sky Calendar. There's not a ton of customization options for the calendar. The calendar widget is only a fraction of the screen and you can't resize it to make it bigger. The calendar doesn't have any color schemes or coding in list view. it would be nice to have more customization to the actual app so that you can cater it to your needs. It would have been nice to be able to rearrange the user interface to split top and bottom instead of only having side by side view. My decision is kind of split, i would recommend this for certain purposes but not others.

Obsessed with my echo show 21! Sound/Picture quality is perfect. Fits nicely on my kitchen countertop. Glad I went with the 21 vs 15.

I love this Eco Show 21, it has a wonderful display and works seamlessly with all my devices, including Ring and Apple devices!

Love this. Has all of the things i need like a calendar, shopping list, picture display and much more. The only thing i dont like is every so often the touch screen stops working so i have to unplugged and plug it back in.

At 21 inches, it's bigger than some monitors I’ve used, and it really shines when I’m following recipes, watching YouTube while cooking, or checking in on my calendar and to-do lists. The full HD display is bright and sharp enough that I can easily read or watch from across the room. The built-in Fire TV is a great touch. I wasn’t expecting to use this for serious streaming, but it surprised me. It runs all the major apps—Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu—and it’s become a second TV when the main one is occupied. Sound-wise, it’s good, not amazing. Loud and clear enough for podcasts or background music while I cook, but don’t expect deep bass or super rich audio. Still, for a smart display, it does the job well. Where it really shines is in the smart home and Alexa integration. I’ve hooked it up to my smart lights, Ring camera, and thermostat, and now I can control everything with a quick voice command. Plus, the big screen makes video calls feel more natural—especially with the camera auto-framing during conversations. A couple of small gripes: it’s big and heavy, so finding the right spot was a bit of a challenge, and it doesn’t come with a stand—which feels cheap for the price. You’ll probably want one to tilt it just right.
