All I got to say is Google is more smarter than Alexa. When I add Alexa certain things, she doesn't know the answer but when it comes to the same question on Google she knows it so I'm not liking that very well. So as soon I'm getting done making payments I'm going to sell it. I'm sticking to my Google things!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DEVICE. I HAD TO RETURN THE FIRST ECHO SHOW I HAD DUE TO THE UNIT NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND NOT FOLLOWING COMMANDS. THIS SECOND ECHO SHOW IS WORSE THAN THE FIRST ECHO SHOW. THERE IS AN INTERNAL ISSUE WITH THE ECHO SHOWS. RETURN IT BEFORE YOUR RETURN WINDOW EXPIRES.

Hello PamelaW! I am so sorry that you have had issues with each of your Echo Show 21 devices so far. These devices may need to be updated to the latest software out to ensure that you do not have issues like these. You can check this by swiping down from the top of the screen and navigating to Settings>Device Options>Check for Software Updates. This usually fixes any possible issues you may be experiencing but if it does not, then I would recommend contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 for further troubleshooting. There is not currently a known issue such as what you are experiencing with this model so hopefully this helps gets you the support you need to resolve your issue. “Have you ever ridden a horse before?”, “Do you salt your food?”, “Do you prefer large or small dogs?” While it seems kinda cool (to a degree) to see if you’re in the higher percentage of not, I’ve NEVER seen a more blatant grab for advertising information from any device. I purchased this item to give ME info. Instead it appears I’ve overpaid for one to extract my information. : (

My wife saw this product on TikTok and wanted it for no reason. We bought it and it's not worth the money. The calendar is so small and the widgets are limited. This was a horrible purchase.
