I love my Amazon Echo Alexa! Too bad it is Amazon a bit crazy at times it has difficulty understanding my accent.

Overall when operating properly, it's a great addition to the kitchen. It recently became silent overnight with no spoken responses or sound for music requests. Waiting on Amazon support for an attempted fix or will have to return/exchange for another one.

What is one of the first unless I ever bought it was more than happy with it looking to upgrade to the newer one

We can now communicate with Alexa in Japanese and we're able to communicate with other family members on screen. The Star Trek days are getting closer!

Alexa is very helpful and very knowledgeable especially related with my kid’s school and we had more family bonding time with Alexa’s music.

I'm telling you the images are sharp and this Echo Show has big sound. It has a good bass sound when playing music. I highly recommend!

The Alexa AI has very clear listening, and always understands what you're trying to say. I'm still working on telling my mom she doesn't have to yell for Alexa to hear her, but it's great for looking up recipes or scheduling a family calendar.

Excellent device for home, we have echo spot , echo show and some echo show 5 to combine and connect all the part of the house. Very useful .
