A bit finicky for our application. Seems to loose contacts. Needed help with set up and reset to defaults three times in the process but now it works for our remote application.

My alexa show is a perfect! Very excecible very easy to use and the touch screen is perfect.

So far we have liked it. Still haven’t used all the features. We will see what happens

This thing is everything that I wanted. It interfaces with more items than google.

Aggravating junk that constantly loses Bluetooth &/or wifi connections even though all my devices are BT 5.0 & my router is a Netgear Nighthawk ax router with 500mb up/down internet & is located 20' from the Show on clear line of sight. I've had this for a little less than a year & this has been going on almost since I got it, after I exchanged a previous one for pretty much the same issues. It USED TO work with all my ceiling fans through Bond but it keeps dropping that app even though my Samsung phones & tablets have worked flawlessly & the only fix is supposedly to reset the Bond. It occasionally doesn't want to turn on or off my Hue lights, rarely will connect with my Ring doorbell or cams & even stops playing music on a regular basis when it decides to drop the connection to the device I'm using or even to wifi if I'm using the Amazon app to stream music. So, what good is it if I can't use it when needed? I see a Google device in my near future. Also, music volume is relatively low & when increasing the volume to a decent level the Alexa voice level gets annoyingly LOUD. Its ridiculous that they don't have separate volume levels but even after several firmware updates & numerous online complaints from many users, they still haven't added this simple fix. It also has the habit of ignoring voice commands on occasion, even if standing right in front of it in a silent room. It will also randomly hear what it wants even when no one is addressing it such as recently playing Christmas music & then out of nowhere Alexa says 'play music from Dave Matthew's Band, got it'!
