    Has 4 mics, yet at times it still don't recognize you saying Alexa. I really wish they were able to correct this common issue from every product they have made

    My only complaint is that you cannot watch YouTube or Netflix, other than that it’s great for my kitchen and all of the hands free things I need it for. Great product
