My favorite echo yet, I like the big screen and it sounds great. Hopefully will continue to upgrade and eventually get Direct TV or Xfinity on it.

My husband bought this to help me out in the kitchen. Alexa can be very temperamental and often doesn’t do some of the requested tasks. The concept is good and some things work great like recalling recipes or playing music

The visual, features and functionality makes it worth every penny. Sound is also much better than the first Show. Nice big and bright screen too.

I had originally purchased the equivalent in Google. But several times a day it would drop connection to the Internet. I then found that it wasn’t an unusual problem. So I returned it and purchase two of the Alexa show. One for myself and one for my daughter for a Christmas gift. I have never had any problems with it whatsoever. My daughter told me that when she listens to Pandora over the Alexa Show that the sound quality is superior. Which makes sense because it does Have better speakers. My grand daughter watches Hulu on the Alexa show also.

Have 3 amazon echo in my home, so its an obvious must!...so far love it, video chats with kids, great 10" screen, seeing stuff on screen great!

Alexa is perfect for everyday life. Love being able listen to music while cooking or playing a game with my family. Easy setup!

I can listen to music. I can watch Hulu and Amazon Prime. I can set timers and add things to my shopping list. But for the life of me ... I cannot figure out how to get the people in the photo above to show up on my screen. I'd love to have the picture of the guy and his daughter in the kitchen while some strange woman in the corner finds all this hysterical. Thought about taking one star off for this alone but I give everything five stars because I'm a big fan of hyperbole,

This echo show is incredible, came with an echo dot. Beautiful display, beautiful sound and I love the screen size

We upgraded from our old Echo Plus. This unit seems a little sluggish to respond but is still a great home hub. We have our home surveillance system hooked up to this via the RSTP addresses and it works like a champ.

The Amazon Alexa products are the the most well rounded smart speaker (in my opinion). She’s not the smartest kid in class. But she’s always getting smarter, she’s great looking, and can carry a tune! She gives you the info you ask for...most of the time. And the display on the Echo Show (2nd gen) is crisp, clear, and BIG! The sound quality has also stepped up the game to make the Amazon Echo Show the best visual smart speaker on the market! You will not be disappointed. Set up is a breeze.

Large screen, easy to speak to, lots of information, recipes, phone numbers/contact info and easy to link devices to it.

Love it. Easy to set up. Like the bigger screen. Do have some issues with it working with groups of lights

I have been debating which option to get and settled on this one. So glad I did. The screen is vivid and clear, great visibility and I am glad I went with a larger Echo Show model. It searches well, I have integrated our security system and camera doorbell with it and is is nice to get up to date news and weather whenever we want. We have one upstairs too and use them together as an intercom which cuts down on yelling to each other! Alexa is part of the family.

Much larger screen with sharper images than my 1st generation Echo Show. Sound is much improved as well.

Works great and the screen is beautiful. Sounds great also. Upgrade from the 8" one and I'm loving it.

It told us when the store was coming, works with our Ring doorbell, we listen to music -- it's awesome -- everyone should have one!

Love this! We already had two echo dots to control some WiFi lamps, but adding this took our home to a whole new level. We can view our home cameras, control WiFi bulbs, watch music videos, customize our Alexa experience and on and on! The screen is great and the service is great. The only thing I would improve is maybe the response time from -end of giving command- to -Alexa response-. But I believe that’s a developer issue rather than an issue with this product. Regardless, 5 second delay is something so nil.

We really love our Echo Show. It has the perfect size screen for viewing and was very easy to set up
