Easy set-up, lots of things you can do with this unit. Sound is great. Major overall improvement Echo 5 for my needs.

Its very convenient. I'm not going to rave on and on about its features, I'm not getting paid to advertise. But the overall quality is pretty nice. I'm glad we opted for the new gen for the speakers, it does get pretty loud for just one little box. The screen is pretty durable and hasn't been scratched yet which is great since its just on the counter in the kitchen. Doesn't take up much space, and has altogether replaced most of the surround sound and speaker devices we had throughout the house.

Love the Echo Show! Decided to switch to the Echo Show to work with our Ring Doorbell. It's great to be able to see who is at our door and to be able to communicate with them. We bought another one for my mom for this ability alone! Also gives our children the ability to check the door when we are not home without having to install another app on their phones. We play some of the games as a family, video chat with others who have one, listen to music, and the boys ask a lot of questions. LOVING IT!

Bought 2 of these, one for me and one as a gift. They work great! nice screen size. Connected easily to my Ring doorbell. Love it!

This version is definitely an upgrade. The sound is richer and you can view the screen from across the room

I loved the Amazon - Echo Show (2nd Gen) - Sandstone the moment I saw it and, although I didn't buy it immediately, I went back as soon as I could to buy it because I couldn't stop thinking about it. I'm so glad I did because it's been a fantastic addition to my home. I can ask for anything I want to know at any time while working in my kitchen, without stopping what I'm doing. It's especially helpful if I need advice while I'm cooking because I get an immediate response on how to help me with a recipe!

The Alexa Show far surpassed my expectations. Smooth high quality video, excellent sound, and easy menus. Set one up for my Dad in assisted living and he loves it! He can see us and we can see him. During this time of self isolation and social distancing, this has proven to be a life saver - especially for my dad who is 98 and currently can’t have visitors! I don’t usually write reviews, but the quality of the Alexa Show is outstanding and I couldn’t resist...

I bought 2 units so my wife could read to her mother in an assisted living home where she lives. My wife would normally go there 3 times a week and myself once a week. This virus has made it impossible for us to go there and this helps because unfortunately my mother in law does not fully understand what is going on. Now that I have this I have also been video chatting with other relatives. I also bought a ring doorbell to work with my amazon show.

Purchased this items on sale and it came bundled with the Echo dot, as well as, a dimmable light bulb. The device performed over and above my expectations, so much so,that I went and bought the 10.1 inch version. Screen quality is vibrant and clear, sound is awesome! As privacy or the potential for recordings to be captured remains major concerns, I ensured that I disabled he recording capability and I am careful with the camera to make sure that it works as I want it too.

I love my Echo show. It sits on the counter in my kitchen--I look up recipes, I listen to my music while I'm baking, I watch videos and TV, and get the latest news, weather, and sports updates All in one place and the 10 inch screen is amazing. Plus, I bought each of my adult daughters phone And we make video calls to each other. It's so useful and great entertainment when you're in an area that is otherwise boring.
