Easy to use and a great convenience to have in the kitchen. Sound quality is good.

I have an Alexa household, and this has been a great add on. The sound quality is amazing, as well as the large screen, it really gives a great kitchen experience for music, questions, or movies.

Great product, screen is the right size and the sound quality is awesome

This is a new addition to my smart home and internet of things upgrades for me and my family. We use it for everything and love the recommendations Alexa tells us about. The huge 10” screen is nice too. I liked the 8” screen but love the upgrade. Bigger is better in my book & this Alexa Show has so many more upgrades than I expected. You will love it. I recommend this to all my friends.

The all-new Echo Show features a new look, a vibrant 10" HD screen, built-in smart home hub, and improved speakers. So far so good. Just have to figure out how to see youtube on it. We like it!!

Great sound! Easy to connect to other family members for video chat!

I was looking into buying the smaller version of the Echo Show but I decided to go with this larger version because I wanted to be able to view our ring camera. Our apartment is integrated with multiple smart products and we use Alexa so this was an easy addition and serves as our hub. The sound quality is amazing and I love that the screen automatically darkens at night so it’s not blinding.

This thing is great. Easy set up, large screen is great and works as advertised! Highly recommend!

I love this echo show the big screen is great and the sound 10x better then first generation

This replaced a 1st Gen Echo Show, and I have to say I'm a little torn. The screen is better, it seems a little quicker response wise and it sounds better. But the sound comes with a huge caveat, I also have the Echo Subwoofer and Amazon changed the way it pairs with the new Echo Show, and it's a little frustrating. On the 1st Gen, once paired, all I had to do was tell it to play music and the subwoofer was automatically included. On the 2nd Gen, it's paired as a speaker group, so I have to tell it to play music on the speaker group that includes the subwoofer. Just seems like a step backwards as far as user experience goes.

The big difference from the previous model is the sound and slightly bigger screen. Works great!

Bought two of these a spot and a dot for the family for Christmas and we love it. Spent a bit of money on bulbs as well but worth it. The kids love it! Best thing is my little girl gets scared sometimes and would run down the hallway to our bedroom in the dark and sometimes run into something all scared. But we taught her if she does get scared just tell Alexa to turn on hallway lights. Much safer and not so scary:-)

Larger screen and higher resolution than previous model . Sound is much better with deep base

The new Echo Show has a large screen which is very easy to view and sharp sounding speakers.

I love the Improvements to the speaker and screen size. Much better than 1st gen Must have.

This my fourth echo show and it is amazing. Easy set up and the Alexa customer service is great. I can monitor my home from anywhere, turn on lights, play my music, make my grocery list, to list you name it. No more turning on the lights in the middle of the nigh just say Alexa turn on bedroom light and it’s done even wakes you up. The only thing I wish Alexa could do is make my coffee and prepare breakfast.

Sound: good. Functionality: good. Should have came with a base (scheduled to be released in a week or so) this thing is awkward to view from a kitchen counter while sitting at a chair without it. The angle is horrible. Can't wait for the base attachment. Other that my only complaint would be horrible integration with Hulu ( slow, freezes) and practically no integration with YouTube (no voice commands, browser only)
