We bought this for my 91 yr old Mother who lives alone and is not familiar with using any electronics. So far, so good. She is enjoying the video chatting with my sister and I and feels comfortable with Alexa. I am very pleasantly surprised. The picture is really good and the sound is excellent. She also uses it to listen to the radio every morning. I would recommend it. This was my first experience in buying from Best Buy online and it was great!! Quick and efficient.

wow if checcking my security cams didnt get any easier, i can even anser my front door bell camera from this device and watch hulu too. its the perfect multitasking machine; its about time i can do video chats anywhere with any device as long as it has the alexa app. it has made it real easy to keep in contact with family members across the country

The kids love this thing. We bought it for the kitchen and listen to music, the kids watch tv in the mornings while eating breakfast, and it shows family pictures. The coolest thing is adding groceries, rebuying, and the ability to ask Alexa while in the kitchen. Everything about this is perfect.

Amazon echo show 2 is great Quality sound and nice screen size

I have 7 echos and dots and I really like this one. It’s in my kitchen and I use it for recipes. The bigger screen is so helpful! And the stand I purchased from an off-brand company on Amazon makes it sit higher and even more viewable. Wish I had waited for this model so I had them in every room.

We love the echo show so much we purchased 2 more 1 for my mom and one for me, the other was for my husband. we might even get 1 for my kid. Thinks to Best Buy bucks we only had to pay half price On the 1st, and the other 2 we got were on sale for $70 other words we wouldn't be able to afford it

We upgraded to the 2nd generation and it was an easy transition. The screen is much easier to see and it provides a better view from further away. The set up was really easy and we moved the first generation to a smaller room in the house. The bigger screen also allows more scrolling information to pop up and give us new ideas.

This is a great product, I love making calls to my family and listening to music. The speaker sounds great, picture is clear and product works well with internet. I have recommended the echo show to 3 of my family members now we can keep In touch from state to state. I love my echoes show.

Works well. Has increased functionality with smart home devices. The large screen is an excellent idea. Makes the device a LOT more useful. Drop-ins are actually pretty darned useful... The microphone does a better job then the TUBE in regards to hearing my commands while music or the TV is playing. That was a problem with the first echo.

Love love love this... we also got the Philip hue lights connected so when we walk in the door we only have to say Alexa turn on the lights and all our lights turn on... awesome... it also does so many other awesome things...

Got this about a month ago I have the first version and a 5 as well but this one is far better and integrates well with my Ring and I was surprised when the doorbell rang the video when the doorbell rang came right up love the sound quality as well great addition to my 5 other Alexa devices

Bigger screen. Sound is fantastic! Fun to use around house.

I have had the Echo Show for about 2 weeks and just love it. The device does so many things and as such takes a while to learn how to make use of its many functions. I also have 4 Echo Dots and the combination allows us to cover over 6000 sq ft of living space including my 2400 sq ft pole barn.

I had a Amazon echo and I wanted something more with a screen. Love the show!! Hooks up to my calendar, shows the temperature, you can listen to music. The speakers are good and you can adjust the bass and treble. Can look up recipes. Alexa will show you a bunch of recipes to choose from and just follow the instructions on the screen.

Excellent kitchen item. Great for recipes, kitchen timer, and playing music while cooking. Sound from unit is excellent.
