We bought this to talk with our grandchildren who are too young to have access to other video media. So far we have enjoyed dropping in on them!!!!

The unit works and the screen is bright and easy to read. When paying music, it shows the lyrics so you can sing along. The unit will connect to other echo devices. It can be set up as a video intercom. The drawback is that there is no manual for the unit. Amazon does send out Alexis email with tips and tricks. I've had to go to the internet to ask questions and sometimes get an answer. There are a lot more questions I have and still a work in progress. I've just started to learn about this unit without a manual.

Started out with the Echo Spot and liked it so much, I decided to upgrade to this product. Sound is awesome and the picture very clear. Great device!

I love it. Listen to my music while getting view my memories with photo slide show. Use it all the time.

Surprisingly good speakers on the back of an 8" touch screen! Works with my streaming services so i am happy.

The best Alexa that I owned so far. I love how i can just call/facetime my family when i am at work and the picture quality is great.

This was an upgrade from an amazon echo 8. Its really great. Screen is large. Got it on sale which made it even a better deal.

Big screen. Like that I can see everything. Alexa command is easy. Able to set pots as speakers throughout the house.

Out of the box the echo was easy to set up with my network as well as my HUE Lights. The picture quality is good but the sound is very good. No problems getting into amazon account but it’s a problem to get into you tube. I would recommend this updated product.

Amazed by the picture and sound quality. The whisper feature is outstanding. We have added more and more devices to have Alexa control. Best product!

My family loves all the convenience features of the Echo Show 2nd generation, and the great sounds it produces when listening to music.

I am having fun with this thing watching Prime Videos on my porch and relaxing. Hopefully amazon will have new “Skills” for Alexa like HBO Go.

Very helpful unit. Use it as alarm, to get weather info, to listen to music. Surprisingly nice sound for such a unit

I upgraded from gen 1. The upgrade has a better picture and much better sound quality! I still hope they add more abilities to Alexa’s routines.

So far it’s working fairly well. The speakers sound great for their size and video is clear and crisp. I bought this for my wife and she is enjoying the overall functionality. She is not a techno geek like me but I’m glad it’s working well for her.

Love this. I can get anything from music weather news and recipes from here. The only downfall is that the camera angles up towards the ceiling. I have to prop something under the back to have the screen straight.

The Echo Show is terrific. Easy to set up and use along with darn good sound quality and the video functions are really useful

Very good voice recognition and help from r anything in the kitchen. Control over thermostat and standard house hold lightening a big plus.

The Amazon Echo Show is exactly what I extected it to be. Setting it up was very easy, it is solidly made. Instructions were very easy to follow.
