I’m guessing we’d see more value in it if we knew all we could do with it. When we first hooked it up, it had no audio. I tried unplugging it from the wall to reboot it, but that didn’t work either. I did some online research and learned this was a common problem. Someone posted a response they received from tech support. Supposedly there is a way to update it or do something by unplugging the cord from the back of the unit, NOT FROM THE WALL?! I couldn’t imagine it would make a difference, but I tried it and it worked!
