i also had to repeat commands over and over. Too similar to my echo show 8 for the price difference

This Amazon device has to be by far one of the best Amazon electronic product, I have ever owned. It does the job of all job. It adjusts to your voice. All you say is Alexa turn off or turn on the lights and it does it. Alexa turn of the tv... it’s a great device to own.

Bought this for my father in law. Since his assisted living apartment has really bad phone reception, this device allows us to call him or drop in whenever we need and do video calls with him very easily. It also helps him by reminding him when to do daily activities and take medications.

Amazon echo show 10 Worked great! Glad I went with the 10 vs the 8. Well worth the money soent

We use our Show in the kitchen and not only is it extremely useful, but entertaining! We tied it into our home security system and when we receive an alert, I can have the Show display it. Or had made our kitchen a place to not dread when making meals. Plus it's fun to always ask Alexa to tell us a joke.

Bought two of these for my parents to keep connected with my brother and the newest addition to the family, my nephew. The video calling feature quality is great, speakers have a nice full sound for the size it is and easy to use.. unless you are my father. That took some time on how to talk to Alexa.

I am simply amazed at the capabilities of Alexa...I asked if it was spying on me and it said in a quick "No...your privacy is very important"...I asked it to tell me what it takes to please a woman and it's STILL rambling on...not hard to tell who programmed this...but I love it...

Wish the echo show worked with Nest door bell, need to have Tech support out to show me. how to connect all my devices

While still a bit confused about what it wants to be, the second Echo Show is a huge improvement over the first

We replaced a version 1 speaker only device with this one. The bigger screen has a good picture.

Make calls, look up recipes, play music, get news, etc. I love making announcements to other echo devices in the house or dropping in to check on the kids! I love the morning routine that I set up with news, weather, daily jingle, this day in history, etc. Great investment!

Product is great I was just uncomfortable that it is always watching you and will turn on when you walk in the room

Would recommend this to anybody really helpful especially to help the kids with their homework love it

Our 1st edition quit working, freezing up... so we purchased a new, 2nd Gen. I heard the speakers were so much better, which is why we decided on the 2nd Gen. I don't see much of a difference between the 2 all all - other than a bigger screen. Performance the same. Sound, not much different. Skills the same. Functions the same. Speed the same.

We purchased this item so our Grandfather could easily see/speak with grandchildren. Getting the Amazon account set up for him was something we were not told about in advance. But once this was done the Echo Show and our home Echo (with Ring) all worked well together.

This item was purchased for my wife’s elderly mother. She is in a care facility, and she has been having issues with her cell phone. The Echo Show allow her to communicate easier with just voice commands. It has made calling easier for her.

It's neat and easy to use. I wished I could access YouTube from it. I got it on sale for a nice price.

I personally don’t like it. I’m very tech savvy and I’m what people would call a “power” user and this device is just slow to respond to commands and touch, could use a faster processor . Screen is average but the speaker is really good! Would not pay full price, bought this on sale.

Easy to set up. The speakers are a nice upgrade for playing music. Easy to set up my Ring doorbell. Love it.
