What is one of the first unless I ever bought it was more than happy with it looking to upgrade to the newer one

We recently added the 2nd generation Echo Show to our Echo system. It works well and it’s nice to have a screen in the kitchen without using a laptop. The built in zigbee hub is great for adding devices without having to buy additional hubs. Very pleased with purchase.

Very handy. It's used by the entire household. Love being able to easily view cameras with it.

We love it. Being from New York and living here in North Carolina it's great to communicate with family and friends.

I put this in the kitchen and love how anytime someone comes to the door it shows me a live feed with the ring i have outside

Love the Echo Show! Purchased the original Echo Show last year and was very satisfied. Purchased the newer Echo Show (2nd Gen) for all the newer updates.

Received under warranty and was so happy with the warranty exchange at Best Buy. No questions or unhappy people.

Overall when operating properly, it's a great addition to the kitchen. It recently became silent overnight with no spoken responses or sound for music requests. Waiting on Amazon support for an attempted fix or will have to return/exchange for another one.

This is the best! Great for keeping in touch and so very easy for someone who is not tech- savvy to use !!!

Alexa is very helpful and very knowledgeable especially related with my kid’s school and we had more family bonding time with Alexa’s music.

This little device has created a great experience for us around the kitchen. Cooking and dancing around at the same time.

The Alexa AI has very clear listening, and always understands what you're trying to say. I'm still working on telling my mom she doesn't have to yell for Alexa to hear her, but it's great for looking up recipes or scheduling a family calendar.

Excellent device for home, we have echo spot , echo show and some echo show 5 to combine and connect all the part of the house. Very useful .

Great value. Use it every day for a variety of things from weather forecast to games and recipes. Would certainly buy another.
