    I had to return two other devices because they were broken or defective. One wouldn't turn on at all, the second ones screen went green after playing music on it and having it for one day and, finally the third one worked perfectly. I did get a warranty on it just incase. i loved the first generation one i had but it was making a popping sound so i decided to upgrade it for this one.

    Just got it. Have to learn how to set it up and that takes my daughter's help. So far all the basic stuff works fine.

    The only problem I’ve had with it is sometimes the sound doesn’t work and I have to restart it for it to work. Other than that I love it.
