Purchased 2 new units from Best Buy 5/18/19. Sound went out on one last night. Reading this morning and there is a major issue on this and Amazon is working it. I have many Alexa devices but this should not fail for the price. Of course it is outside of the exchange policy by a few days, No fault on Best Buy. Amazon is working on a update they hope will fix the issue. Buyer Beware, Joe

Purchased 4 items as a 90th birthday gift for my brother-in-law in Anchorage AK. I am in Big Pine Key FL, 30 miles from Key West. Couldn't get Anchorage store to return calls on configuring the system, Show-10, Dot, and Ring video doorbell. Finally got 800 number to answer, placed order for 3 items and scheduled Geek Squad install. They changed his Email address to mine and lost instructions on getting to correct house. At install they needed and additional smartphone to do setup. Had to reschedule and get his son to get a smartphone at the store in person. Hope the next try to install works, then we need to correct his account data.

Product is great. If I could give a no stars, I would do to the negative attitude and poor customer service skills from the General Manager of the Denton TX store. I spent $1210.00 on Sunday 8/9/20 including 2 series 5 apple watches, air pod pros, and a screen protector for 1 watch. The sales person who sold me the items advised me he would install the screen protector on my watch when I receive it in the mail. I received it on 8/12/20. I returned to the store with the watch and screen protector. The staff at the front advised me to see the geek squad for the install. The tech in geek squad advised me of a charge of $9.00. I explained that I was told by the person who sold me the products that he would install it. She argued with me. I asked for the GM. This guy was completely rude and would not honor what I was advised. I explained I would just return all my products. He stated “OK”. I then advised him I would not return to this Best Buy store. He stated “OK”. No care or customer service skills at all. I have spent quite a bit of money in this store in the past 10 years including TV’s and cell phones. They have never had an issue installing screen protectors on any of my cell phones. No charge. I left the Denton store and drove to the Flower Mound TX Best Buy location. I spoke with a customer service rep named Sidney. She was very customer service driven as I explained what happened in the Denton Tx location. She advised me that she would have geek squad install the screen on my watch at no charge and apologized for what happened in the Denton Best Buy. I will only purchase from the Flower Mound store moving forward. I also contacted their corporate office. I was given an email to voice my complaint. I have yet to hear back from upper management. My college daughter also advised me that she was in this same store last week inquiring about a new touch screen radio for her car including install. They literally advised her that their techs suck at their job and she would be better off just purchasing the touch screen radio from Car Toys and have them also install it.

The device we bought stopped working in a day, kept rebooting and eventually will not start up. BBY store in Bridgewater NJ was very helpful and they replaced with a new one. The rating is for the product (and not BBY experience which is 5 star).

Great choice for this years office Christmas gift.

This product looks great and sounds great. However, this responds very slowly, and about half the time. My echo dot in the next room tends responds instead of this one.

An improvement in every way over the first generation. The video catalog....recipes, search etc needs definite improvement. I wish Google and Amazon need to get over themselves and get YouTube back on these devices. 5 star easily with youtube.

Pretty good product just a little confusing, I bought this for my parents because they have ring security camera but have not yet figure out how to download apps for the picture to display.

Difficult to use. Having trouble setting up Bluetooth devices, as well as having each Alexa device working independently. I’ll ask Alexa to do one thing and she does something else.

Works well at times, but not at all times. Sometimes the browser crashes. Sometimes it says it can't connect to the internet. I wanted to be thrilled with it. I'm not.

Pretty good if you like Amazon apps. There isn't much customization tho. For the price we should be to add whatever we want and that is very limited to Amazon apps and skills.

Decent sound but the AI/Alexi not capable of helping with our grandson's 6th grade math. Returned and will wait for more advanced AI capabilities and better sound.
