I returned it, not my favorite thing I ever had, I could see value if you needed something by your stove the smart hub tech in it wasn’t really what I was going for. Awesome if you wanted a loud speaker with a screen.

Advice when thinking about buying Amazon products from Best Buy. DO NOT DO IT!!! My Echo show has taken to wanting to wake me up in the dead of the night to tell me a story at full volume. If I had bought it from Amazon I would already have my money back or an exchange. Best Buy doesn't give one crappola that I have a defective brick on my hands now that Amazon would take back. They will not without their "protection plan" which Amazon DOES NOT REQUIRE when it is a defect in their product. Moral of the story. Don't buy Amazon Products from Best Buy.

No instructions at all , no tutorial video , Wanted as a gift for my mom thinking it would help but it doesn't function what so ever in Spanish. It was frustrating trying to get some of the functions to work or to understand.

I am totally disappointed about the set up an help menu to continue to set up the different feature that sounds so good on tv ,but totally frustrating has it sets in my room an can not get it to function has advertised

purchased 2 and returned them had problems immediately. would have loved to keep them but if they worked properly

We bought this to integrate with our Ring system, and view recipes in the kitchen with. This morning we were cooking with Hulu playing in the background, then we ran some errands and came home. I asked Alexa to play some music and no sound came out, we tried a couple of different questions and Alexa either wouldn’t respond or the screen would spazz out. I did a reset and it’s still not working, taking this thing back tomorrow!

Getting this product to understand me is a hit-or-miss proposition. This can be very frustrating. It is as if I need to learn a new language

We have other products that work with Alexa and it was supposed to connect and work with all of those but it didn’t so we returned it and got a different item.

Thing has issues and have to unplug it and plug it in all the time did it put the box and Amazon wouldn’t replace it.

After getting the product home and setting up, it became obvious the audio did not work. I went to the internet to find answers and tried the suggestions with no success. We took the product back to Best Buy and let the Geek Squad to hopefully fix it. They could not. The technician then went to the shelf and pulled one from the box. After much frustration he asked for help and they also could not get it to have audio. We received a refund.

Compared to the Google Hub Max, this is absurdly slow. So much I don't even use it anymore.

I found the device to be hard to setup through the recommended app which when using the app didn’t show the device to setup

Video Never works. Touchscreen is practically useless

I purchased this to go with my ring cameras but it takes too long to show the video feed.

I bought two of these and one works as described while this does not.

Nice but the product i bought is sometimes has no music sound

Never stay connected never responded, the sound was very low.

Don't buy this product it is lower quality than Google
