Wow. Great sound and visuals. This is useful to me, I have a couple of other Dots and am using these in my old house to assist with poor light switch and outlet placement that so many older houses suffer from! I love video talking to my friends when I am cooking in the kitchen (which is where I have this main unit). Love it!!

The Echo Show arrived before the time they said it would. Set up was pretty simple except for getting it to control the smart lights. It was clear that the smart bulbs needed to be actually near by to Echo Show to communicate for set up. Once I tried this was able to set it up and them relocate the lamps to where I wanted them.

I feel like many things that I wished for like better sound, bigger display, better contrast/color, and overall shape has been improved in this 2 generation Echo Show. I love connecting my security nest cameras to it so that I can just ask Alexa to show my the specific cameras in and around the house. Much better and definitely a winner amongst many home automation devices.

Absolutely amazing is what I will say. My mom is 92 and can’t hold a phone anymore especially a cell phone. I now have her cell phone linked to the echo show so she just asks Alexa to call me or anyone else and she never has to touch her phone. Thank you Amazon for a great product. We can also do videos calls to her now.

This Echo Show (2nd Gen) is awesome! I have 2 of them and Alexa answers all my questions and plays music from amazon or apple. I even have my exterior cameras, Nest doorbell and Nest thermostat connected to these device. I simply ask Alexa to show me any camera I'd like to view. Great product!

Upgraded from the original echo show. This has better sound and screen

Great for what any Alexa product should be doing primarily, which is to play music, answer random questions, automate a smart home and so on. However, I would've loved this product if it could be more like a tablet in the sense of being able to browse the internet on the fly if need be and play more videos options such as Youtube or perhaps even live TV (but instead it's really just Prime Video). The microphones on this machine are much better than say a converted Fire Tablet to act in Show Mode but, I feel the latter is much more capable of being a home companion at only a fraction of the cost.

I upgraded from the first generation. Improved screen and speakers.

Great screen, easy to use great addition to the others I have.

Can check the front door and adjust my thermostat from the echo show.
