Gabe to my 78 year old mother and she loves! I hear her talking to Alexa all the time. It has been a “companion “ for her when no one is around. I often hear her talking to it when I am in another room, when I realize she is talking to “Alexa” I crack up. It has helped her keep in touch with events easily, displays recipes and pictures, news. Even used when I was going to be out and told “Alexa” to remind mom to take insulin shot. Very valuable tool for older or non tech savvy people. Never thought she would love so much!!!

I bought this for my wife to put in the kitchen so that she would have weather, a timer, a conversion tool, etc. It has turned out to be a great addition! She uses it more than I thought she would. Plus, it is convenient for her to call our daughter when she is upstairs by connecting between the Show and the Dot. The sound is surprisingly good as well!

We bought the Echo Show to use with our new Ring Video Doorbell Pro. My 90 year old Dad just loves it. He can see who is at the door. The show also plays our music and sometimes shows us music videos. Alexa can answer almost any question. The answer types in written reply as well as audio which helps my Father because he's hard of hearing. We just LOVE it !!! :-)

We keep this on the kitchen counter. It is convenient for recipes, daily weather checks, family within the home calling in and other family members whom have the device to call in face to face, news feeds populate and you and click or speak to have a short video about the article.

The screen is nice and bigger than the old one but it's not as sensitive as the old one. I've had it for about 6 months now. I would need to repeat what I say almost every single time unless I say it very loudly. At the beginning it worked okay but now 6 months later.... not so good as the older one which I still have and placed it by my night stand. Despite that it's still the best out there where you can actually see the other person on the screen as well.

I don't know how to utilize all the features yet, but it works great. I love the fact that I don't have to yell or call a cell phone downstairs. I just say Alexa call the front room and it's on video. The speaker sound is great when playing music. I love it. I just need to learn how to connect my Ring devices now.

I love this so much! It was an impulse buy, but it was $80 off and the last one they had! It syncs with my echo dots flawlessly, and looks great in my kitchen! I love that is has a display and it was so easy to set up and link to my Pinterest for my recipes! If you’re on the fence like I was just buy it!

Best sound, large screen and pretty small footprint.

We bought this for my 91 yr old Mother who lives alone and is not familiar with using any electronics. So far, so good. She is enjoying the video chatting with my sister and I and feels comfortable with Alexa. I am very pleasantly surprised. The picture is really good and the sound is excellent. She also uses it to listen to the radio every morning. I would recommend it. This was my first experience in buying from Best Buy online and it was great!! Quick and efficient.
