Set up was easy. Videos and audible files are clear but call quality varies.

Having this device us a tremendous help. Alexa is great and easy to use, combined with the screen makes it even better. The screen allows you to read recipes as you go instead of having to remember them and the design adds a sleek modern look to any room.

A very Clear picture & amazing sound. Love it! Was hoping you could tell it to text someone over speaker. But I can’t figure out how. Also, it won’t play any songs you ask. You have to pay extra for that. Even if you have amazon prime. Maybe they will switch that soon?

This little gem is very helpful and supremely entertaining. Free games and quizzes are fun for any age, coupled with surprisingly good sound system. Responds well to commands and the skills are easy to learn and modify for your own needs. Highly recommend.

After using this for almost 2 years, the product generally works with a few issues with voice recognition. The product has definitely degraded and has lost some hearing capabilities but everything else still works fine. The speaker is very good. After using both Alexa and Google Assistant, I prefer google Assistant since it generally recognizes voice more and has more of my desired capabilities.

I actually bought this one for my mother who lives several states away. She loves hers as much as I love mine. I have mine in my kitchen. Amazon is constantly adding more features, and I look forward to more. I wish I could display things from my OneNote notepads, because I have many recipes in that program. I am learning how to use allrecipes.com, which is a nice thing. Love my Echo Show.

What a great device. The ability to stream music and other basic functions have been very enjoyable. The sound quality is also very good, especially when placed on the counter, where the device can use the wall and upper cabinets to reverberate and amplify the deep tones.

I LOVE my amazon Echo Show 2nd Gen. I use it all the time for music, question, recipes, for my Instapot and general cooking, even as a timer. It's even fun to watch a move from Amazon while I'm cooking. In general it's wonderful. If I had any complaints, I would like it to stay on my recipes pages longer, which I'm sure it's just something I will have to learn.

Speaker quality is really good and picture nice and clear. Bought 2 for gifts and they both loved it. Great to sit and visit with older relatives as if you are in same room as them. Set up drop in call for 92 year old father and it is so comforting to see that he is okay.

It’s cool becaus it displays pictures as a screen saver and you can upload the pics via the phone to the Amazon app. It’s basically an iPhone with a bigger screen. My wife likes it because she can face time other friends who have it while she’s doing stuff in the kitchen.

Set up and install was easy enough. Best buy was having a great promotion and besides the sale price I got two Hue smart bulbs with it. I linked a Ring door bell also on sale and got it to work somewhat. I can get it to open the camera to view outside activity but will not notify on motion activity only. Does announce on press of the door bell button. My note 8 phone alerts on all activity so no problem there. Kind of dumb if it can notify on phone why not on the ECHO SHOW. If this is the design then Amazon should rethink this feature unless it is happy getting less than 5 stars. Has to be a small bug because it have tried everything that is saying it should work (trouble shoot from Ring web site & Youtube) from disconnect devices and re-connect, unplug and plug back in to delete app & reinstall, but no success....yet. My phone app says everything that should be linked IS linked. Again, my phone...no problem...on Echo Show well, not there yet. I WILL get it to work somehow. I am ok with buying this just not doing cartwheels over having it...yet.

I love having this in the kitchen everyone in the house adds to the shopping list makes it easy when I’m at the store the list is on my phone. Great for updates with the news. Gives recipe ideas plays music makes phone calls and so much more couldn’t be happier with this.

I purchased (2) of the 10" Echo Show Units and (1) of the 8" Echo Show. All of these units work great and serve there purpose at the different locations. Speaking with family and friends has never been better. I recommend the Echo Show.

The more you integrate this product with the other everyday functions in your home the more powerful a tool it is. Like that I can come home and say play country music or find me a recipe for ..... ask about traffic before I leave for work. Turn off the lights.

This gadget is good for the kitchen where u can look up recipes on the screen and verbally command it to do different stuff while u got ur hands full...if ur looking for entertainment and fun look no further..,

Echo show was fun right out of the box finding songs and playing was so much fun. We also linked the Echo Show to our new roomba vaccum . It made it easy to control we are still finding things it can do. I also intend to control light, phone, and outlets with Echo Show.

I love my Echo show. I use it all the time to look up recipes and ask about substitutions while cooking and also listen to music. The speaker is amazing. My husband couldn't believe it when he came in and heard the quality. Purchased on sale so it was a great deal.

I bought the sandstone and have the Echo Show 5. I was disappointed when I picked it up because the Sandstone unit front is black? I do not have any idea why they do that. It really takes away from the unit. Really wanted the very large display and quality speaker in it but they did something unusual with this one. The black is all black, so why isn't the white all white?

I use this Alexa for everything. I can watch my favorite shows or watch the news while cleaning or cooking. I can also create or add to an existing list with just my voice. This has been a life changer for the better. So many uses and very happy I finally got one.

My wife bought everyone in the family one of these. We needed another one for another room in our house. I thought she was crazy but these are actually pretty cool and allows us to see and talk to each other whenever we want. Would definitely recommend this product.
