Grabbed so mom can see grandchildren and no surprise this was perfect. Bought two but only need one to communicate as long as you have the Alexa app in your phone.

This product is hit and miss for me. The screen is great, amazing clarity, great idea. However because of the screen, and certain skills that can come along with it, it has clashed with some of my routines or voice commands. For example, I had a routine set on my hue lights for watching The Walking Dead. Never had a problem with the echo, however, when I would say "its time to watch Walking Dead" alexa would tell me her current video skills do not support that. Same with my harmony hub, if I try to say "watch tv" it will bring up the NBC, ABC, and FOX skill apps and say "these skills do not support watch TV" So just something to be aware of if you have alot of smart home devices. Other than that, which can be frustrating, I love the functionality of the screen. When you read news stories videos and pictures come along with them. You can ask alexa to play you movie trailers, it doubles as a picture frame, and more. The video chat is surprisingly clear, and the lag and buffering (at least for me) is non-existent. My wife uses it to talk to her mother, who lives near the Canadian border, in a low populated town. One of those towns that loses cell reception when you cross into it. And her wifi is not the greatest. I got them both these a christmas gift but feared it would have trouble because of her location. But have not had a single hiccup which surprised me. Never a dropped call, or laggy/choppy screen. Has worked perfectly.

Love it. My wife uses it as a photo frame too. Love video calling our children out the country. Bought two more, one for each.

Great to use, I can ask for menu’s and follow it step by step. Very easy to link with Philip Hue. It also has a security feature for when you are away.

This series Echo Show is incredible. The sound is great as is the picture quality. Perfect addition to all our other Amazon devices.

We purchased this for my husband, but of course the grandchildren and myself took over. Wrather,music, tv shows and help with homework. Love it. Want another one

Wanted the larger screen, BUT SO DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS ECHO DOESN’T HAVE THE SEPARATE SLIDING OFF BUTTON FOR THE CAMERA ONLY.

I purchased the 10 inch screen and it is great ...large enough to see across the room. Volume is up there when you need it. All n all ,its great

Love this Echo Show. My favorite feature is when someone rings my Ring Doorbell I see that person on the screen.

Love it my 2 yr old granddaughter loves it and tell Alexa turn on what ever she wants to watch and we can play kids songs all the time anytime love it

Alexa has been a huge help with managing my music, recipes, and news! The range on where she can pock up your voice is amazing!

Have had for about 3 months so far works great! Use mostly to view ring cameras (good image quality) and music (great speakers!).

Easy to setup as with other Echo devices. Picture is clear & sharp and sound is perfect. Fabulous for staying close with our out of state children and grandkids.

The show is really helpful and easy to install and use. Love that it can be used as a remote security camera from whatever device I have the alexa app installed.

Echo Show (2nd Gen) is a very nice upgrade the the early generation of the Ech Show. Much better video quality, improved sound.

Works pretty well in my kitchen. I use Alexa to look up recipes and cooking videos when my hands are full.

Great product, very helpful in the kitchen and also just a great tool to watch youtube on or listen to music while cooking.

Another awesome Amazon item! We have one in our kitchen for easy to see recipes and another in our master bedroom so we can easily view our Ring doorbell.

The Echo show is just the right size for the kitchen counter allowing you to watch shows, see recipes, etc. while cooking, doing the dishes, etc.
