Are use it in conjunction with my ring security system as well as listening to Sirius XM radio and Pandora. The picture is very clear and the audio is amazing. I like that I can control it from both my phone and my iPad.

Sound is incredible compared to gen1, screen is much more readble, and mic picks up voice commands, pretty much every feature has been enhanced.

I previously had the first generation of Alexa Show, but the new generation with the full screen is so much better. The picture and sound are outstanding

I decided to return it and kept the Google Nest hub display with built-in camera 10 inch display which I really enjoy using.

With it's enormous screen around 10" long, its just straight up the best thing in the household... Besides the Kids... and maybe the dog..

The sound quality is great plus so many options. I have it hooked to my Ring and it announces and views the front door video.

I looked at both sizes and decided to choose this on for the difference in size and it was not that much more in cost. Glad I did and sure do like it.

The Alexa Amazon show 2 is a major step from the Amazon echo. The functionality of a web browser and access to Hulu, Amazon prime video, and other applications makes tasks easier to do with the ability to watch as well as having a louder speaker setup. I would have given it more stars but it is I like having an iPad air with the iPad closing out now. The iPad Air is great but compared to an iPad three years down the road, it is lacking. There is still a lot of room for improvement as well as the features and functions witch are available on mobile devices but are not available on this. If it is your first desktop assistant, I would say go ahead and buy it if it’s on sale if you were coming from a Amazon show, wait until the next one.

I would like to recommend this product to first time Echo buyers and those who want a different video call experience. Here is my story. I waited a week and a half for it to arrive and loved it from the time I got it. The problem was that modern reality rose its ugly head soon after. If you own iPads, Fire tablets and not to mention echo speakers then you will realize that this purchase was done in vain. I initially placed it in the kitchen and then realized that doing video calls from the kitchen was silly. Especially after years of Skyping and FaceTiming from the comfort of my sofa. The video quality was the ultimate decision maker; it sucked. So I returned it. I will reconsider it in the future when the price falls to $89.99 or less.
