Best Buy was quick to get them shipped to us, they arrived within two days of ordering online, I would definitely recommend these items being purchased from Best Buy and will probably order another one in the near future for myself.

A bit temperamental on some items. Such as calling into the screen or asking to watch a video of a song versus just playing the song.
