Echo Show 2nd Generation is a great product

So instead of purchasing a chime just for the doorbell I purchase the Echo Show. I caught the Show on sale at a great price, now I can get an alert when some one is at the door and so much more with the Echo Show.

Great....(after returning the first faulty one)

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So originally picked one of these up got it home and set it up, worked fine for like an hour, and then went to the "Echo" screen and never booted up again...SUPER SAD AND DISAPPOINTING. Upon calling customer support they tried to talk me through a few "reset" attempts, that did NOT work, after that customer service rep believed i got a "defective" product. :( Had to make another trip to Bestbuy for their GREAT curbside pick up and quickly returned and got a brand new one...It works GREAT!! NO ISSUES!!

It’s a monitor or tablet look alike but nothing except for alexa app. which no menu or any other cool app could be display on it. At least netflix or youtube will be appreciated. After a few tricks you able to get to youtube but the screen will goto sleep after you leave yourube play for 5 mins. a lot of room for improvement! not there yet

I held off buying a show until the size got bigger and it was worth the wait. So many great features and easy to set up. I also tend to buy these items from Best Buy since they are the same price and the support if needed is second to none.
