Upgraded my wifes echo 5 to the 10 and it was great! Shes happy with the wider screen and ease of use. Better for the eyes too. A couple of comments, need to have a camera cover and also need more selections for the echo stands.

While room for some improvement, this gen unit has much better sound than the last gen, and is worth the extra cost. Also with the larger screen which improves the video chat experience with other Echo Show users in your family. Sound fills a a fairly large room. Impressed and surprised by Alexa’s range of capabilities, which should only get better.

I love my Echo show. I use it all the time to look up recipes and ask about substitutions while cooking and also listen to music. The speaker is amazing. My husband couldn't believe it when he came in and heard the quality. Purchased on sale so it was a great deal.

Overall we have had a good experience although Alexa appearantly has selective hearing. If the power goes out then the sound on alexa goes with it and the only fix is to unplug and then plug the alexa back in. Also it can be slow at time. If you ask it to start something on Hulu every once in awhile it will start and after a minute will go back home. The touch screen also has a delay.

The Echo show 10 does everything. It has great sound when playing music. It is great to use for my son to call his grandparents. It connects to my blink and ring cameras. Amazon photos can also be shown the echo 10.

Placed it on a table in our living room. It was fairly simple to get set up and we use it daily to control lights, thermostat and our Ring security system. We are very pleased with this purchase.

At first I had put an Echo Dot in the kitchen, but I decided to upgrade to an Echo Show. The sound is much better, especially the bass. Also, having the screen in the kitchen is great for seeing timers, videos, lyrics, and even as a picture frame.

I really enjoy this Amazon Echo Show 2nd generation! It's my first Alexa device. I use it to turn on and off my Phillips Hue color lights and to check in to home security cameras. I also listen to Amazon music on it. Easy to set up and lots of fun!

I really love this smart devise. I put it in my kitchen and love it for recipes, taking phone calls, and controlling smart devises. The only problem was shipping. It said that it would arrive in a couple of days, but it actually took a couple of weeks. I would have just picked it up in the store if I had known that it would take that long.

Firstly this is better! Great screen and sound too. It does,however for me, seem to be a little less responsive than the original one I have. The voice requests take just a bit longer to process. This is not a reason not to buy this new model I’m sure a software fix will fix this problem,I hope! Just to be sure buy one when it’s on sale and the advantages will outweigh the lagging voice issue.

The Echo Show 2nd Generation is a great product to use with the ring doorbells and cameras. It’s has so many functions, such as looking up and following recipes as you cook, watching movies, news, the weather and so much more.

Fantastic! Great for listening to tunes even better if your learning the words to songs bc they appear on the screen. Smart home worthy check cameras in every location. Still learning about all the great features.

I bought this mainly due to it being on sale and curiosity. Though the size can be a bit overwhelming the device does look nice just sitting wherever you put it. I always have co workers asking what is that and when I play music to end the week they all stop by and do a little one two step. It's great to have alerts, reminders and news flash on the screen. Honestly if it were not for it doing so I may have messed a few important news articles that came out this year. I haven't watched video and such on it so I can't speak on that point just yet but as far as allowing me to see my security cameras, make video calls, listen to music, home automation, etc it has been a great fit. I would recommend anyone that is in the amazon ecosystem to get their hands on one. I might even make a pitch to upgrade my inlaws 1st gen to this model.

I have Echo Dot, Echo Show 1st gen, and Echo show 5. This is the best hands down! Awesome sound, I use it for music. Most others I have to use a secondary speaker for volume or clarity but this is perfect without any external speakers.

I just purchased the Echo show, and I love all the features that it has to offer. The 10" HD screen was the selling point for me. It is so great to communicate with family and friends with the Echo show. amazing sound and picture quality.

I’m very pleased with this purchase. The sound quality is good for playing music and I enjoy all that the large screen offers. I can read lyrics to songs as they play, play jeopardy and see the questions, make video calls and so much more.

I purchased 2 of the Alexa shows for my wife and I and one for our son. Mine is still in the box but he connected his in minutes and now uses it to watch shows on Amazon, connect to his Ring doorbell and communicate with his other devices.

Really like this new version of the Echo Show. Much better arrangement for the screen and speakers. Good size and very responsive (most of the time). Great features and works great in my kitchen.

We have and enjoyed the original Alexa Show for years, but was ready for an upgrade. Really enjoy the larger screen, more vivid picture and faster processing time. Even received a free Hue's light bulb!

VERY SATISFIED WITH THE ECHO VIEWER. THE SCREEN IS CLEAR, GOOD SOUND AND OUT OF THE WAY WHEN NOT IN USE. VERY RESPONSIVE AND ADJUSTABLE. WILL BE BETTER WHEN I LEARN WHAT ALL IT WILL DO. WE NOW HAVE THEM IN FOUR ROOMS AND THEY COMMUNICATE
