It has too many operational flaws to list. It works has good sound but getting into settings and making adjustments can be tedious. Has to be rebooted several times a day if I'm watching movies all day. It just hangs and wont start movies. Should have bought another fire tablet instead at least I can stream Netflix on that.

We used this to celebrate Christmas with our kids and grandkids just as if we were together leaving it connected the entire time. Next best thing to being there! The “Show” is very versatile. We love it!

Bought as a gift for our daughter and her family. We are able to easily talk to and see our grandchildren a lot more by using this, especially since we can't travel to visit them. Easy to hook up and use.

Bought as a gift, so far the only complaint the recipient has is that he can not download his contacts from his phone in order to make calls. Called customer support and they have no clue why or what to do....otherwise he loves it

We got this for a discounted price and it has help us a lot with our converted smart home. This stands our main device at home and it does it's job. We also use this as an extension speaker for our wireless TV.

Pricing is good easy use and set up. Love who it works with voice commands. Some still activity are a little to work around for me. I thinking of pitching a couple echo dot. Also love my ring doorbell. Big help for and family.

Nice improvement over the Echo. The screen shows time and weather temp all the time and shuffles through other info. It also allows you to view your own pictures by easily uploading them to the Alexa app.

I was thinking about getting the first generation Show when it was released last year. I am certainly glad that I waited for this one. It has a ton of great features, an integrated ZigBee automation controller, as well as excellent sounding speakers.

I love my new Amazon Echo show. I purchased one for parents, in-laws, and my son stationed overseas, so we can all communicate easily. Love all the extra features. Can’t wait to watch cooking videos too!

Still adjusting to it. Really impressed with display. Looking forward to getting a manual to help me along with in and outs. Useful even at my level of expertise. Imagine if I knew more ins and outs.

Was going to buy another picture frame and saw this on sale for close to the same price so bought this. Love it. Displays the pix wonderfully and the extra echo features are nice. Would recommend this product.

I'm still getting to know how to use this better, but I can see that there is a lot of potential, I don't have a "smart" house, but it's still great for many other things. I am having trouble loading my photos for display, though. So far I can load ALL 3,000+ photos from my phone, or the last 37 pics on my photo reel. There has to be a better way...

The Amazon Echo Show was easy to set up and fun to use.

I've only had this electronic "Gee-Whiz" device for a week; so, I'm still becoming acquainted with it! It actually walks you through the set up procedure itself with clear directions. I have a daughter who is an expert on Alexa and she is coming in from Florida tonight and will spend the weekend making me an expert. This is the best money I've spent in a long time!!!

I love the Alexa show! The speakers sound great and overall quality is very nice.

I love this echo show 5. I previously had the echo dot, this one is amazing it shows my ring doorbell, plays movies, songs, and wherever else u want it to do it will. Great buy

Works well. Good picture and sound. I think the camera should have more options.

Being a recent adapter to smart tech in the home, I was not sure about upgrading from my Echo Show 5. The new Echo Show 2nd Gen is more like a tablet than I expected. The only disappointment is that when choosing your language, if you’re a Brit in the USA, like me, if you choose UK English it disables some functionality (e.g. searching for products to buy on Amazon).

Can't wait to explore all the possibilities, but home security syncing is specifically why I chose the Echo Show. It will enhance the capabities of voice commands with the RING products I'm installing. All for one, and one for all!
