My wife got this so she could video talk to her friend in another state. It works wonderfully however until others get the device it is only good (as a video phone) with one other person we know. Music, news, weather is all there. Be aware of what is seen in the back round when being used as a phone. Make sure you're fully clothed!

Ordered to tie into Home Safety and break in monitoring. System works flawlesslyl. A little difficult to set up. However, go to Google and get instructions that make it satisfactory to set up.

I didn’t really want to upgrade but I got a coupon for 25% off a new echo device and traded in my first gen echo show and got this second gen and I love it. It has a much cleaner look.

We needed a companion to the Ring doorbell while we were away. The 84 year old at home felt safe seeing who was at the door to decide if she should answer it. The Alexa also kept her company.

My mom really loves it. It took her a minute to try to use it, but as soon as she felt comfortable with it she couldn’t stop using it! She loves to play music. This was the perfect gift for her.

I love having The Echo Show2 in my kitchen! It’s so nice whether you want to listen to music while you cook or look at a recipe! Need to know what cups are converted ounces???? Just ask Alexa!

Love the big screen had the 8 inch before and the 10 inch viewing screen is great. The fulls reel with speaker in back gives so much more viewing area. Love it!!

We have the smaller one and we gave this one to our daughter in Atlanta. After that I bought one for my wife and now they do the FaceTime with them. They both love them!

After the initial setup, my parents have had a wonderful time with this unit. The ability for my mother to look up recipes and my father listening to his favorite tunes and control smart home devices in the house with just his voice has him in a new mindset on new tech devices. Great product with tons of possibilities.

Got this for my elderly dad down in Florida so he can video call with the grandkids. A big help to him and great for times like now when we can't be together.

I bought this and 2 others for my house. My grandma is elderly and this way it turns on our lights, fan, and TV we also connected it to ring which works great.

We have the echo as well, Alexa is great once you get to learn how to use it correctly. Luckily this isn’t our first one. We love the FaceTime on it. Can talk to family members across the country.

It’s like everything if you use it is very useful and fun to use. It’s easy and it gets better everyday. I thought it was pricey but I’m glad I bought it. I have since bought 3 more echo devices.

Works great, needs to be able to use actual apps.

The echo show has been an amazing tool to keep our families connected as we don't live in the same town. There is nothing like calling and seeing you're family after a long day!

Echo Show is wonderful. We use it by the pool. It occupies many hours when friends want to "perform". The only way to improve this product is to increase screen size. Otherwise....PERFECT.

One of the best purchases I've made. With this whole quarantine it's sort of difficult to be around your loved ones but with this I can keep in touch more often.

I love using the show for viewing my ring cameras. Also, it’s perfect for all my smart home devices. Like thermostats, lights, the ring alarm and a lot more! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
