My alarm clock of 25 years finally broke and not to many people use clocks anymore. This does everything i ask it to do. Good buy.

I got this item for free from best buy (thanks!) however, Alexa was not very responsive to my commands, and sometimes could not hear me at all when I used the wake word. I am going to assume that's probably the reason why they gave this product away for free: it is because the product likely had factory defects. This specifically applies to this product alone. I have owned 2 Echo Dots and 1 Amazon Echo 1st Gen that did not necessarily have this exact problem. Or at least the listening problems those devices had was not as severe as this one. But for this product I would stand right next to my echo show, 1 foot away, shouting commands and sometimes it simply would not hear me. It got so frustrating to the point where I unplugged it and threw it in my junk drawer because it was pretty much useless. Its main functionality is to listen to voice commands and it could not do that. Having the display screen might make it up for that for some but not for this customer. I cannot recommend the product to paying customers because it might have this defect. Also, the screen is pretty bright too. Sometimes I like to put my Alexa devices on my nightstand and use it as an alarm clock. I tried using this device as an alarm clock but the screen was a little too bright for my taste. I would not put this on the nightstand but instead, I would put it in a kitchen or living room area. Thank you Best Buy for this free product. Amazon you need to fix these cheap products.

Love the Alexa stuff. I have several in my house. No i can bring up and of my Blink cameras to view, besides on my phone.

Added this to my home network of Alexa devices very satisfied with this product easy to install.

Great asset to any tech home or someone wanting to start small with tech. Easy to setup and use.

This is our second purchased is very helpful in the morning i set my time i command alexa to turn off my lights i dont need ti get up to turn off my lights.

I have echo and that picks up what ever I say or even what toddlers say at home. Somehow this Show always seems to have problem understanding what we say. But may be its just with ours device.

Nice smart speaker. The sound quality is crisp and clear. The screen is nice with good contrast.

Works well as a clock and for Alexa commands, but the screen is often taken up by ads and suggested content during the day. And the touch screen is not very accurate.

Cool little gadget and easy to set up. Love that you can set-up in Spanish as I gave it to my parent. Sometimes it lags and is a bit slow, but it may just be the wi-fi.

Small and compact works nicely. We love it it has so many funny jokes. Love the timer and how it works. Would buy this again

The echo sho works great! It’s a very easy to use and is very helpful. It easily connects to my other sho.

Love this little unit. It is so fun to see my memories scroll by everyday and I get the news, weather and all kind of info.

Great add on to the Ring door bell. Can see who is downstairs at the door. Also love to fall asleep to the music.

This is way better than my previous alexa show. Way better sound. Sounds like a bose speaker
