Echo Show5 2nd Gen, 2021, only so-so with Ring

It paired easily, and it does show the doorbell activity, but because there is a slight delay in the Ring App activating it does not capture video of brief activity unless you already have live view activated. Even with the Ring subscription the Show only has a live view option, it doesn't let you see past activity. You can't leave the live view activated for more than a short time without having to reactivate. The Show has lots of other uses that it is better suited for.

I really like the functionality and being able to set up routines, turn security on and off, and just to ask general questions. I especially love the shopping list and to do functions--makes it very easy to add things on the fly without picking up my phone.
