I got this for Christmas. I didn’t realize how big the screen was. I love it! I put it on my office desk in my home. I put pictures on it so it shows them one by one. The music sounds nice. The alarm is great. And it flashes up current news and tons more stuff you can use it for!

Great product. I always use in the morning as alarm clock or to listen to music.

Bought this to have as sound for our Ring Doorbell. Love that it is small but yet loud enough we can hear it in every room of the house. We are older and just wanted it for me to see who was at the door from my chair when I'm home alone as I'm on oxygen.

This Echo Show was easy to setup and add to my existing network of Dots. Linked to my Amazon account, it periodically flashes photos from previous years on that date (I probably could have said that better). Also, weather and time are viewable at a glance. I have found, though, that when giving Alexa commands, the response is longer than when using the Dots. And it's not a network issue because this Show is closer to my home router tan any of the other devices (in the same room actually). Perhaps the added visualization protocols create a lad...I don't know. Still a nice edition to my office. I actually purchased a swivel pedestal for it (specifically designed for the Show) which adds to the aesthetic and functionality. Sound quality is good too if streaming music, and on par with the newest generation Dots I own.

Wow, this was an incredible bargain at the time! $10 with the purchase of another item. I like the Echo Show 5 so much I bought another one. I think it is worth way more than the sale price and am considering buying another. It works with my RING alarm system and plays music as well. It has a video cam and intercom system I use between floors. It makes a great alarm clock and Alexa is always there to answer questions. Its integration with smart devices is very well done, I use it to turn off lights, etc. I use it to display photos as well. There is more that it can do, great device.

I got three of these for everyone's bedrooms. I think they are easy and great to use. You can ask Alexa to set the alarm, or ask about the weather. The kids like it too. They can look for videos or certain characters they like. I am pleased with these.

The Echo Show 5 (2nd Gen, 2021 release) is an outstanding product and is the best purchase I've made. The screen is sharp and responsive, perfect for video calls, watching shows, or displaying photos. Great sound, easy go to for music and answers for many, many questions. Our all in one for time, temperature, timer while cooking, information on local business, tv shows, sports, national news, reminders. Uses are endless.

Love this . Able to down load photos and have them viewing .. easy to change . Will do lot of things weather alerts plays music.. news, alarm at lot of uses . Easy to set up

We bought this unit since it was on sale and to try it out. We are happy with the features it has and the quality of the sound and screen. I woukd recommend it to anyone thinking of buying one.

Didnt really know how i would use this product until i got it and started playing around with it. Super nice to have a modern clock on my desk and will show me a lot of useful information

Let's face it, most of us always wake up to an alarm. That is why I love this. I can use it to tell the time, Set a morning alarm, play the news while slowly rolling out of bed, or a song from multiple streaming services (Amazon included). BUT, that's not all. It has a built-in SmartHome for all devices that use this protocol. So not only can you control Alexa-enabled devices, but also other manufacturers products. AND you can still watch Amazon Prime Shows! Incredible value. I am not an influencer, so I hope you appreciate my candid assessment. Yes, there is Google, Apple, and other products, but nobody builds a better "clock radio!"

I love my Echo Show 5!! I have Alexa set up to turn on and off lights; remind me about doctors appointments; medication reminders; set up grocery shopping lists; and birthday reminders. I also often listen to music on my Echo Show 5 while I am working around the house or doing research on my laptop. The sound from the speakers on my Echo Show 5 is actually pretty good for its size.

It’s not bad, gets very loud, but loves to pair too everything… one moment it’s connected as an extra speaker for the tv. The next minute I’m hearing my phone v playing back. And she especially loves connecting to my laptop randomly. On and off all day long… it’s a bit much considering my condo is more open layout than normal. Be in one room and she may or may not hear her name, then suddenly there’s a loud voice coming in ready to assist. As for the Alexa app and considering it AI, she’s behind on answering questions, I have better luck going to my old school Google mini that I put in the kitchen to jam out while I cook. Alarm is customizable, I wake to weather and news, and unlike home app, she works great once you set up your automatons. Not a bad choice, not the best choice.

Bought these for my siblings and I to use them with our dad. They work very well. It is nice to get the news on them and put reminders for our dad on his. We also set it up to automatically get the news and setup smart lights for him. He is able to talk to Alexa and get the music he wants, change his temperature in his house and turn lights on and off. It helps for him to have a visual with this little screen. I like that we can also email him photos and do instant videos with him while he sits in his chair. This is a great little Alexa for families to use, especially with the elderly and children.

I love having this in the kitchen. It plays any song i want while i cook. This little thing gets loud.
