I got this as a present for my mom and she loved it. It is very easy to set up and Alexa responds to my moms request fast and effectively.

I use this next to my bed as a clock I can see in the dark, middle of the night.,works great for my needs

Like it a lot . This is my third Echo show. Not sure the longevity of these, seems like after a yr I start having problems, but still happy with purchase. It links with most of my smart home features which makes my life easier.

I love being able to see lyrics to songs, check on news articles and just a string of other options too

I decided to replace one of my Dots with the Show, and I'm glad I did as this is a very capable little box.

I use this as soon as I wake up each morning and continue to use throughout the day. Great value for the money

We have assistants in every room and they are so helpful. Interface with lights and stuff amazingly

Shows nothing but ads and 'Alexa for your day' all the time. And it can never hear me, I have to yell at it and sometimes that doesn't work. The mic sensitivity is horrible. My cheaper Echo Dot, I have currently, can basically hear me whisper from across the room, but I can be less than a foot away from the Echo Show and still nothing. I thought this would be an upgrade but apparently not.
