Alexa when compared to Siri seems to have less AI capabilities.

Insignia brand tvs are not compatible with Spectrum app.

Well...after spending what felt like eternity trying to set my new Echo Show up, I called Amazon support services to be told that the according to the Serial Number, the device wont work as it is reported lost or stolen. Not sure how that happens with a brand new device from a box store. Hopefully yhe replacment works.

The voice recognition works well, but commanding sucks

I just recently opened this, unfortunately past the return date. Sadly upon opening the item, it was used and previously used. Works great, but dirty, how was this even a thing to buy it new and get a used one....you have open boxed stuff for that reason don't you?

I prefer the Google nest, but this is really nice if you're an Amazon fan.

I bought this along with a Ring Doorbell to see who is at my door in real-time. The compatibility of the two devices needs work and is a pain. Once set up the Echo Show and Ring communication is delayed for 4, 5, 6, 7 seconds. By the time I receive the notification the person at the door has already left.

Complicated to use out of box; swiping very complicated

Works mostly good. Looses connection frequently when other devices don’t.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The apps rarely load. When or if they do, I can't make it through an entire program without the tv taking me back to the home screen. I receive messages that the remote batteries are low. I have only had the tv for a month! Receive siganl lost messages when every other wifi capable device is up and running fine. Its a terrible experience. I thought it would be an upgrade from my lower priced 55 inch, less well known brand of tv. That one works perfect. This one gives me nothing but headaches

Unfortunately my Alexa stopped working today. It came on and went off and never came back on. Having had it only a little over two months, this was very disappointing. It was only returnable for 30 days. Very dissatisfied with the return process.

Well made but not reliable. Freezes at times. Privacy concerns

The echo show is a great product however, it works for a year and then goes out, and then there is nothing they can do to fix it and the troubleshooting that they provide does not work you end up purchasing an entire new one.

Received this as a birthday present. I have several devices I had hoped to run through this device. It wouldn't recognize most of what I wanted to install on it and ended up returning it. Sorry, just isn't for me I guess.

This item is actually spying on me IN THE BEDROOM!!! CREEPY! I find it annoying for three major reasons 1. A Mini billboard displaying adds always trying to sell me something 2. If your phone is on Do Not Disturb, for some reason Alexa is on Do Not Disturb. Alexa, what time is it? Alexa whats the temp outside? Alexa? Alexa, tell me a joke. Alexa, why aren't you answering me??? Alexa, are you spying on me? 3. It's just really creepy. Open the pod bay door HAL. The circular version was less creepy and much cooler with the circular light show. And 4... ya cant change the channel

The microphone doesnt seem to pick up as well as a normal echo, you have to get used to all the ads and useless things it wants to show you, and I couldnt get it to work with our doorbell camera.
