No stars above because I haven't been able to operate it until I register it. However I'm having difficulty completing the reg process. Can I operate the product without registering it?

We bought these to go with our Ring Door Bell and Camera it was hard to sync up. Does not work if using Echo show for something else. its just like any of the other echo products.

Bought this for son but he is unable to see any YouTube video from it, I don’t know if this is a defect or if that is normal operation. I have not contacted Amazon about that yet, need to find time to do that, regardless I am very disappointed.

“Alexa” not very responsive. Replaced my echo spot with this one, thinking I was getting same quality with a larger screen. I have to say Alexa so loud that other rooms pickup before this one does.

Piece of junk. No even 2 weeks of use and the screen has just lines going across. We replaced another Amazon product that started acting up after 2 years. Will never buy another one of these products again, complete waste of money!

Nothing to do with bestbuy, product was defective it was not responsive. I had to return it and I paid extra to get the 8" 1st gen. I had the 1st gen 5 since last year and is working great. But had a bad luck with 2nd gen.

This device is not smart by any means. It has so many obvious bugs. If you are in for a smart device purchase a google product. I am still surprised how this product has positive reviews.

Camera doesn't work, cant exchange it, even though i just opened it . I guess i should've opened it before the 15 days were up.Now i must make an appointment for repair

Only issue I got is when the first unit that I have, the unit git easily broke after removing the power adapter to wall outlet. Good thing is still under warranty and best buy replace it with new unit

Can't hold a candle to Google Hub. Instead of helping, the Echo tries to sell you things on Amazon. I feel stupid that I bought something that is basically an expensive advertisement.

Not a fan of this product, supposedly “free”, I would of rather had the price of tv lower. Product ok.

I have gotten this for Christmas but someone stoled it from my trunk of my car :( can’t review it :/ it was for a Christmas present

Don’t waste your money, it was good for a couple months and after that it stopped working.

I OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T ORDER, DIDN'T NEED OR WANT IT. I GAVE IT TO MY DAUGHTER AND I DON'T KNOW IF SHE KEPT IT OR THREW IT AWAY.

I received this Nov 1st and it doesn’t work anymore. I would love to return but now not able to out of the 30 days

The device stopped working after 3 days. Amazon sent me on a witch hunt. Long story short device was replaced

Well it's set up and acts like a dumb echo. One day I'll make time to work out what else I can do with it ;o(

I have older generation dot devices that work great. These newer shows don't seem to pick up voice commands as well. I really don't like it.

My son had survey, could not move and lost his phone. The Echo Show allow him to talk and see his callers. Very helpful to his recovery.
