These little devices are wonderful, multi-functional electronics. The speakers are clear and crisp for playing music, and there are a number of handy features such as video calling, timers and alarms, Although a laptop does many of these tasks. The Echo is easily used by less computer savvy individuals, yet is handy for all.

If you want to skip the advertising and news nonsense from annoying you, simply put this thing in Do Not Disturb mode. Now you have a smart clock that you can also use to view your Ring doorbell when needed. Of course, there's a ton of other features listed as well.
