Defective??

Glitchy, never heard me even though the ones in the other room would respond instead. Not sure if I just got a bad one or this specific gen sucked. Oh well, I’ll keep buying Amazon brand because other than this it’s been very reliable and great. 2 star only because I think I got a defective one, otherwise it would be a 0

It's perfect for setting up in your bedroom or office room and you can use it to sync up with the rest of your family members in the household if they have one in their rooms as well. Also, you can sync it up with your rinf device answer your front door with it. I highly recommend this device for your home!

Did not work with a puppy but stiil a great buy!

Bought this to keep in touch with my puppy while I was away. Unfortunately, my puppy does not respond to my video call but would rather see me in person. However, because I got it at a really good sale price from Best Buy, I decided to keep it and will use it to keep in touch with my grandchildren.
