It’s a new 3rd gen product so there should be little to no lag. There’s advertising pop ups that are annoying. I bought it for ring cam integration but it works on and off. It’s definitely not worth it unless you just want an Alexa speaker with ability to show pictures or weather and time.

We are constantly working to improve upon our products and services from feedback like yours to provide the best customer experience. I am happy to hear that you are enjoying your device so far. One thing you can do to limit content that you do not want to see on your device's home screen is to swipe down from the top and navigate to Settings>Home Content and then toggle on or off any categories you would like or not like to see anymore. You can also go to your Display settings or Notification settings and customize those options as well. These are just a few tips you could try to hopefully improve upon your experience some. I use them with a blink camera as a baby monitor. They are good. Price is a little high and the screen is small. But if thats what you want then definitely buy these. They can also be combined with the blink doorbell.

Lots of devices can be run by Alexa. Have no real issues. You will need the app to work with the box during setup and adding peripheral devices

Only 3 apps allowed. Definitely not what I thought it would be like. I would just pay more for the flat screen one that is more like a hub.
