Great additions to any room

Put them in multiple rooms plus the kitchen. They sync well with my Ring system as well as other Alexa enabled products. Highly recommend if this your home is smart enabled. I would prefer a larger screen if possible. Something in the middle between this model and the 2nd Gen.

Get the Stand

Takes a while for the image to come up when you drop in on it (camera slow to adjust). Sound and camera angle were poor, but got the stand and it's fine now.

Nice Echo Show for bedside.

This one has a dimmer screen, so its better at night. Also a lot smaller so it doesn't take up as much space on the night stand. Does everything else that I use the echo devices for, and I also like the ability to physically block the camera with the slide cover, not just a software switch.
