Would highly recommend this for a child. Bought for 6 year old daughter and she has been asking questions and learning so much from Alexa. Videoing and calling are also an added bonus.

I purchased the echo show for kids because it was cheaper. According to reviews and product description, it has same features. However, i can't access all of these features....as they are blocked. For example, calling my phone , or others in my contacts. Seems like the only features available are like music and video for kids, not for adults. While i saved a little money, what i can do with this echo show is limitec.

This is our third echo show kids. They’re an excellent tool that we used to reinforce routines and provide reminders for our children an important scheduled items.

Our daughters love listening to music, playing quiz games and being able to set their own alarms. It's a good size. My only complaint is that it has trouble either hearing or understanding what I feel are fairly basic orders - "Alexa, stop music." "Alexa, go to the main menu."

Perfect. Purchased for my 7 yr old grandson. He sets alarms and loves asking all kinds of questions. Easy to use

This product has helped us get into a consistent routine with each activity my family and I have planned during the week. It’s also a plus that the kids can use it as a learning tool as well!

This was a gift for my son, who's 8, he loves it!!!! He sets his alarm, listens to music at night, asks Alexa every morning what the weather is going to be... It also has videos and other things he can do. He also uses it to prove me wrong and/or find out about interesting information. Great purchase for us!!!

Device is extremely slow and touchscreen is lagged in its response. I would expect better performance from a device that’s in the same pricing category as the fire tablets or entry level Chromebook’s. Menus are difficult to interact with.

Kids like it. Seems a little slow to me and annoying with all the verifications needed to use it. Ok product.

I bought this for my grandson‘s bedroom as he wanted an alarm clock by the side of his bed. The sound is actually quite amazing for something so small. I actually really like it!

Great deal during Christmas time and my son loves it! He uses it for sleep sounds and to learn more about things he's interested in. It was sold out until April everywhere else but was able to get it shipped to store to get it belt Christmas. Best Buy was the only place I could get it!

We use this for everything. It will make life simpler

Very nice product. Kids are loving it and they are addicted to speak with alexa and ask questions and helpful for reminders.

Nice for kids to interact with Alexa. Thr new software upgrade was slow snd later it improved.
