Full Alexa functionality and lots of video features. Settings are a bit complicated but, once you’ve done it, everything works well.

I recommend it 101%; it’s the best gift there is for this Christmas season.

She was beyond excited to get it. She lives alone and loves that she doesnt feel like she’s alone anymore. She talks to Alexa all day long lol. We paired it to her cameras that we also purchased with this. It gives her and us peace of mind that she is safe and happy!

Although I updated to latest software version, the Alexa runs very laggy. It also takes some time for the device to recognize my voice although I'm almost yelling at an appropriate distance. I wanted to turn it back, but decided to keep it since I got it for a very low price on a black friday event anyway.

Verify you have the latest software version in Settings > Device Options > Check for Software Updates. 4. Love that it dims so that there's no light while I sleep. I can use it to listen to music to sleep and thanks to the timer feature I don't worry it stays on all night.
