Nice product and easy to navigate through. I recommend this product.

I's good for doing many things on it. But its performance system is rather slow, not fluently as I want. You feel you have to wait when you touch screen to control what you want. That's why it can not reach to 5 stars.

We got this to drop in on my mother in law. Even putting it on a new account, it was getting confused with my main account, and would sometimes call my own home. Amazon failed to offer a solution. In addition, it was struggling with the wifi. I tweaked the settings to improve my signal (55dh attenuation), and adjusted the channels to improve SNR. Still, it struggled to stay connected. In the long run it was more trouble than it was worth. I was getting daily questions about why it wasn't doing what we expected. I have returned it.

Excellent product and great camera to keep and eye on things when we are not around

I was not sure if the screen size was going to be too small but this has worked great in my office.

Works great with the others ! Setup was simple and it connect to the network and other items just fine.

Easy setup, easy to understand and exactly what my wife wanted

Not as reliable as 2nd generation. I literally have had to unplug and restart device at least once a week since purchasing. I've only had to do that to my 2nd gen perhaps once or twice per year.

I love it and all that it can do. I am still learning what it all can do.
