Slower verbal command processing can sometimes be improved with a few simple steps: ensure your Echo Show 5 is connected to a strong Wi-Fi signal, check that the device software is up to date by going to Settings > Device Options > Check for Software Updates, and try restarting the device by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. If Alexa+ features are actively running in the background, they may occasionally require a moment longer to process — this can improve over time as the device settles in. We genuinely value your feedback and are glad to hear you're finding some of the Alexa+ features useful. Thank you!

We purchases them during the pandemic and they were the best thing to stay in contact. They are cost effective and I can call my daughter and do a video chat. I play music in the morning while getting ready for the day and all I have to do is tell Alexa to stop and start!
