We are not that technical at all and was surprised we could do it without any problem. (We did need a little help, but the technical support were the best.

Although I updated to latest software version, the Alexa runs very laggy. It also takes some time for the device to recognize my voice although I'm almost yelling at an appropriate distance. I wanted to turn it back, but decided to keep it since I got it for a very low price on a black friday event anyway.

I put it in the kitchen and it is works with the one in the bedroom. Was not necessary to program it. I like that it has the time and temp displayed. Got it on sale at a good price!

It works well with communicating and video calling family members who are in different states if they have the echo. The only drawback is our dogs name sounds similar to Alexa lol so when I call for the puppies name the device doesn't recognize Elektra is not Alexa
