I tried for 2 days and finally gave up. I gave it 3 stars because my purpose of purchasing the items was get notified who was at my door. But since I could not link the item to my account, I was not able to use. But I did love the other features of it.

Restart your Echo Show 5 by unplugging it from power, waiting 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. 3. Ensure both your Echo Show 5 and Ring camera have the latest software updates installed. 4.
