I needed another Echo to add to my home office. It synced-up with my existing unit slick as can be. I'm very happy with this upgrade.

I got a defective echo 5 and I returned it to the store but they show me exactly how and where I can return it to get another one and it wasn't any bother at all

This is a handy device. I keep it in my office for all the uses that I would use an audio only echo. In addition the screen provides access to video for example checking security cameras. Price is reasonable and Best Buy did a great job with prompt delivery.

Good…but design requires you purchase the stand if you want to log into the camera and see what’s going on in that room. Otherwise you’re staring at the upper 3/4 of the wall and cieling.

It's okay. The lady that was working with me though made it seem like this is going to connect to everything and be a great investment for what I needed. So far I have not seen what she said it could do. Also the lady on her sold me stands for the number 8 I got.

Great! Except for the pictures. Split in 3 on the screen at times and cannot seem to change it to display only one.

I love my Echo. It linked to my Ring camera great and even makes announcements from my ring such as if someone rings the doorbell. I can Bluetooth my music and many other things. I caught it on sale and definitely got more than enough bang for my buck

I love this!! I literally do everything through this device. Shopping lists, smart lighting, talk and face time friends and family. To me, this thing is priceless. Its like a personal assistant.

Great upgrade for me. Had a different, older brand and this was a huge upgrade. Great purchase.
